Shipping Policy

We ship to 40+ countries. Most orders placed before 9:00 AM Polish time (CET/CEST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, are usually dispatched on the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking is usually available within a few hours. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, contact us.

Except for UK orders shipped DDP as described below, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may apply for non-EU destinations and are your responsibility — they're not included in our prices.
UK orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — all customs duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery.
