1. Starting a return
To request a return, email [email protected] and include your order number. To ensure the smoothest possible process and fastest refund or exchange, we recommend contacting us before sending anything back. This allows us to prepare for your return and provide you with any relevant instructions.
Please include the appropriate form inside your return package (or email it to us if you cannot print it). This helps us process your return faster.

2. Return conditions
Voluntary returns (outside of the 14-day statutory withdrawal): To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Statutory withdrawal (14-day right): If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 7), you may return the Product within the withdrawal period regardless of the above conditions. However, if you have handled the Product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (in the way that would be permitted in a physical store), you may be liable for any diminished value of the Product.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide return labels unless we explicitly state otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exception: If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at [email protected] before shipping so we can arrange this.
4. Damages, defects, wrong item
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If possible, include photos with your email. For complaints regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract, please see Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
5. Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. This applies to custom-made or personalized Products made to your specification, and to any digital gift cards once their use has begun.
6. Refunds (what is refunded)
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Voluntary returns (outside of statutory withdrawal):
- The Product price is refunded.
- Outbound shipping costs (the shipping you paid at checkout) are not refunded.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Statutory withdrawal (see Section 7 below):
- The Product price is refunded.
- Outbound shipping costs are refunded up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offered for that order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method (e.g., express), the additional cost above the cheapest standard option is not refunded.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items:
- The Product price is refunded (or the Product is replaced/repaired, as applicable).
- Outbound shipping costs are refunded.
- Return shipping costs are covered by us.
7. EU / EEA / UK: 14-day statutory right of withdrawal
If mandatory consumer law grants you a statutory right to withdraw (including for orders shipped into the EU/EEA/UK), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear, unambiguous statement. You may do so:

You may use our Return Form as your statement of withdrawal, but it is not mandatory. Any clear statement is sufficient.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the 14-day period expires.
If you withdraw, you must send the goods back to our return address (see Section 1) within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. Please include the Return Form in your return package to help us process the return faster.

8. When refunds are issued
Where a statutory withdrawal applies, we will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever is the earliest).
For all other returns, after we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Once the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account.
